Missed Appointments
Missed appointments are a part of life and are sometimes unavoidable. The first time is forgiven, the second time will require prepayment for future services.

Late Appointments
If you are running 10 minutes or less late please call or text to let me know. If you are running more then 10 minutes late please call to see if I can still accommodate you. Being more than 10 minutes late may result in a missed fee.

Cancelations
You will receive a reminder of your appointment by text or email 2 days in advance. Please call or text at that time if you need to cancel your appointment. This will allow me time to offer your spot to a waiting guest. Someday you may be the waiting guest.

I accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours notice will incur a minimum fee of $50 up to half of the amount of the scheduled service.
